The employees were so good. Everyone was very helpful and the breakfast was super delicious. The rooms were not soundproof as you must realize this place was built many years ago. I bring earplugs when I go to hotels in the old part of cities and thus this takes care of the problem. It is a great hotel.

This hotel was excellent. We stayed for two nights and it was right in the heart of the gothic quarter surrounded by tons of restaurants and shops. Room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. A bonus was the amazing black out curtains - we slept in! Loved seeing the hustle and bustle of the busy street below from our balcony. We were even able to leave our bags after check out while we shopped around before our next flight. Highly recommend this hotel. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Location, location, location! This hotel could not be in a better location. It is walkable to major attractions and close to public transportation. Staff was friendly. Coffee at the hotel is from a machine. Save yourself from this terrible coffee and go to Cappucino down the street and across from public transportation. It is open early The horribly hard beds get 3 stars along with the poor air conditioning. When we went it wasn’t very hot and the air conditioning could not keep up. Overall great staff and great location. I felt safe in the area. Beds and air conditioning made sleeping difficult

Loved the location. We were able to walk to all the things we wanted to see. It was also close to the subway for the stuff that was further away. Great shower and breakfast. Barcelona has sewery smell to it. Walking down the street you get a whiff every now and then. We stayed one night. I closed the door to the bathroom before we went to bed and turned on the fan for background noise. When I woke up in the morning and opened the bathroom door, I almost got sick from the sewer smell. We had to open the patio door to get rid of it. The front desk did not ask how our stay was and I did not report it. Had we stayed another night we would have asked for a different room.
