The hotel was in great shape, excellent helpful staff that could converse in English. Please note the breakfast was not free for us. We paid $14.00 E each. Great location, walking distance to destinations and other travel methods. Thank you , we will recommend you to friends and family!

The location of Hotel Rialto is ideal for exploring Barcelona with everything within walking distance. The hotel is however in the Gothic Quarter which is very touristy, but for us it was perfect.

The wifi sucked so much! It constantly kicked us out if we were not on the wifi for 10 minutes. Having to log back in because you put your phone down for 10 minutes was annoying. It also seemed like they changed the password every two days at like midnight. Very annoying.

Staff was very helpful and gave great recommendations for dining. Had one staff member pull my mom’s suitcase to end of the street for her, which was above and beyond! Stayed here one evening before cruise, would recommend it.

The Hotel Rialto is a great hotel in the heart of the Gothic area. Our room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the street. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet Is in the basement -1 floor has a great variety of food being offered. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Rialto.

Third visit.

We really like this hotel. It is a clean, (modern) renovated hotel in an excellent location. Having previously stayed here, I would say there was a definetly a drop off in the level of service and courtesy provided by the front desk staff.
