They got only one lift for guests and as we got rooms on 6th floor, it was hard to walk down all steps with kids to ground floor when it’s been occupied. During my stay , lift was not accessible for 3 days

We stayed in this hotel 3 years ago and came back due to its great location. Great hotel for short stay. Room was small this time. Basic amenities. Close to shopping. NOTE: construction taking place on the Rambla so taxis/ubers may not be able to drop you off in front of hotel. Hector at the front desk is super helpful, friendly and welcoming! We arrived early and our room was available. You can walk to any attractions from this hotel. We did a 40 min leisurely walk to Sagrada Familia. Although it was hot most of the streets were lined with trees and shade. Great breakfast spot across the street at Moka.

Nice hotel with comfy beds. Water available 24-7 for hot weather. Very well located near a lot of places. Leaking hose in bathroom. Streets were under renovation.

Overall quite good hotel and recommended. Very nice refurbished rooms but not 100% clean when we arrived. Super friendly staff, good breakfast but they would not allow me to take the plate with some croissants up to the room - very weird never been in a hotel that would not allow us to take the food from the breakfast to the room!

Construction on La Rambla was loud and messy made it difficult to get a cab in front of the hotel. The hotel had a lobby full of people and only one Porter and one very small elevator. Every time the elevator opened it was full of someone else else’s luggage and we had to walk up and down the stairs in the heat. The staff was very nice , the room was great until I woke up sweating because the air never got below 75 degrees. The TV would not turn up load enough to hear five feet away. Shower was the best part! Lobby, stairs, and hallways were warm.

Hotel was very clean and modern. They even provided us with a baby crib for our 9 month old. Overall, great service and great location that allows you to walk to many attractions, museums, restaurants, etc.

I made a reservation not refundable , I could not make it to the reservation check in date, because I got hospitalize and could not travel and try to ask for a re scheduale of my reservation but end up speaking to a computer, no one will pick up the phone so therefore I cannot fixed the problem and end up losing all the money and no refund or change of dates. This was a great hotel stay. It started with a great reception by Yurkin, continued with a bellboy that brought the bags to the room with a pleasant attitude. The room itself was clean, modern and comfortable. The hotel is in the heart of La Rambla, just a block or so from the produce market and great restaurants. If you want a great hotel, this is it.
