Very friendly staff at reception. Rooms are small and the bathroom is very tight for space. Beds and nice but only 2 small pillows provided. The lights were on 24/7 in the corridors and poked through the bottom of the door which leads straight to the bed. The hotel itself needs a bit of modernizing especially the lifts and hallways. Big positive is that its very close to the Metro system where you can easily get anywhere. Didnt feel luxury for the high price point

Beautiful hotel. The only drawback was that it is a bit away from where you want to be when visiting Barcelona but I would definitely recommend it

Not a 4 star hotel at all.
Stayed with my family, 2 of us and our son, the sofa-bed was in bad condition, but it was then swapped. The Air-con wasn’t working properly but maintenance resolved it. Mini bar was hot, when replaced was nearly the same. When going into the reception and bar, we asked of one the boys, the blonde one about what to do in the area and he told his friend in Spanish, why don’t they check on google? Completely horrendous treatment, unacceptable. We will be complaining to hotels.com directly to request a partial refund surely.

I was placed in a room literally in the corner of the hotel i had a 5×5 window that all i saw was neighboring windows. The room was pretty small. They provinded a bed ironing board which mad it hard for my to iton longer garments on it the tv didn't give any English channel they were always telling me they're going to fix it and never did.

Overrrated and dissapointing
This is mainly a business hotel, not really geared to wards families. They had restrictions on the time of usage of the pool and gym which were not clear on this site. The room we were given was inner facing, i.e. had no direct sunlight so it was dark and the window opened onto an atrium directly above the pool, which was noisy until late at night (past 12pm). The pool was tiny and enclosed so not much fun on hot days. The walls of the room allowed a lot of noise from adjacent rooms and corridors which made it quite difficult to sleep late at night. The sky bar had no shade during the day so it was aimed at evening use mainly.. TV in the room had only one English channel (BBC World new (hence the business comment above)) and did not allow any of the smart functions.

Lovely hotel despite the rundown location, in close vicinity to Bogatell and Marina metro stations. Good spa facilities, gym and rooftop bar. Nice breakfast. Food and drinks on the pricey side.

Property was good and facilities were great. Rooftop bar was lovely. Did not use restaurant. The only thing I have a n issue is with the tea and coffee in the room was not replenished. We used the milk one morning but had no milk for the following day. Tea and Coffe facilities in the room could have been better.
