Staff very helpful!…..I had a problem with the safe they resolved it quickly we had a very late check in but had no problems with that . We had a room at the back of the hotel and it wasn’t too noisy but what kind of traveler are you if you don’t take ear plugs we thought we had a hotel with breakfast included but didn’t check on our booking so unfortunately it wasn’t this made our trip more expensive you could buy breakfast at hotel for €16 each ! W(we didn’t)! I thought as we didn’t have breakfast included I. Price this made the hotel not good value for money although the hotel was in a good position and was clean and friendly I would look for another hotel in Barcelona that was better for Money if I was to stay there again

Very efficient and helpful staff, clean room, good breakfast, nice & safe neighborhood, but short on room space. Barely room for 3 people and no room for luggage. No ice provided, no Kleenex, and apparently Europeans don’t use wash cloths to bathe. Hotel is located in a nice area.

Everything is perfect. The room is clean, the. cleaning is every day, staffs are so friendly. In our room hairdryer was broken and we complained it, they changed it immediately. Breakfast is amazing, so delicious. Metro station is close, walking in 3 min. In the next time we will book this hotel again

Great stay. Clean and felt.safe in the area. Helpful staff for anything we needed. Engaging and accommodating. Only thing that.would be helpful qould be charging usb ports in the rooms. Or USA to EU adapters. They may have some, I didnt.ask..but 10/10 place..I would stay here again

Staying at this hotel reminded me to not agree to a room beside the street again. It is too loud. I would suggest that the architect rip out the bathroom lavatory, put in some sort of a cabinet that you can set your toothpaste down on. The one in our room is too small. All else was quite good.

It was a clean hotel, and the reception desk staff was nice. Close to few coffee shops for quick morning coffee. I really liked the location it was walkable distance to many sightseeing locations I was interested in. As well so close to the port for different restaurants on the water.

The room and hotel itself was fine. The rooms were small and the pillows were very small, soft and uncomfortable. However, what we really didn't like is that this area is very sketchy and feels unsafe at night. There's a park across the street where all kinds hang out until late. There is an alley/side street next to the hotel where we've seen drug activity and homeless people at all times. Just over-all wouldn't stay here again based on the area that the hotel is in.

Great central location close to La Rambla with all the shops, restaurants, cafés close to the hotel. Nice and clean, attentive staff, and a nice breakfast buffet. Would stay again.

Lovely place.
Hotel itself lovely. Great location in relation to marina/ port for cruise ship embarkation. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Very clean, aircon not the best and it was very warm. Couldn’t open windows for noise from local residents. Breakfast very good for all diets (we’re vegan and plenty of choice). Restaurant a bit cramped when busy.
