Serras Barcelona is a small gem. The location is a few blocks walk to the gothic area with loads of shops, restaurants and charm. If you cross the street from the hotel you can walk along the water and the small boat harbor surrounded by shops, restaurants and locals enjoying the day. The ports are just a few minutes away by cab. What makes Serras unique however is the staff. When we arrived early in the morning my husband was not feeling well and Augustina at the front desk did every thing she could to get us to a room as soon as possible. This is a small boutique hotel with all the advantages that implies. Check in was personal, welcoming and non stressful. Nothing we asked for was too much trouble. The physical hotel is beautiful inside with lovely guest rooms and an inviting rooftop bar, lounge and if weather permits, restaurant. We have been to Barcelona several times and stayed in different hotels. We will look no further. Serras is where we will stay from now on when we visit Barcelona.

The Serras Barcelona Hotel is a very special property. You are treated like royalty from the moment you arrive. The team is incredible. The service level they offer is truly impressive. The hotel is perfectly situated. The valet service you experience upon arriving is unmatched. That service is followed by champagne and a very professional/informative check-in. The rooms are very nice. The restaurant is spectacular. The rooftop deck is an added bonus. The hotel is situated in close proximity to well essentially everything you would want to experience. This hotel is so special that we decided to stay an additional two days. Thank you Serras Barcelona!!

After many years of trying to stay at Serras Barcelona, we finally succeeded and the hotel is every thing we hoped it would be. Rooms are thoughtfully designed and exceedingly well maintained. The hotel’s waterfront location is ideal especially given the luxe rooftop lounge. Above all the extraordinary guest service and hospitality offered by everyone on the staff is what makes the hotel so special. We will definitely return!

Wonderful helpful staff, Jaoa and his colleague from Argentina (sorry we have forgotten your name) were so helpful and made it their challenge to find us lovely restaurants. The bar and pool area is small but the service and the menu was fantastic. The gym is tiny - don’t come for a workout though. The room, although small was so well appointed. All the furnishings and fittings were 5 star. Thank you for your service and welcome. Excellent.

This is a lovely and quiet hotel in the heart of Barcelona's port area. We walked to several different Metro lines as well as through the lovely narrow streets of old town. The staff was gracious and incredibly helpful and welcoming. Our room was delightful with every amenity we could need. We had a nice meal at the roof deck restaurant, which has views out over the port. Definitely a great find in Barcelona!

This has to be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Their thoughtfulness and attentiveness is unparalleled Food excellent and rooftop patio fun They called the room to ask if we needed a ride and help with luggage. Always helpful. I only wish more hotels were like this
