This was our second time staying at this hotel. The front desk person helped us with our luggage and showed us different options for the room such as room temperature and tv. He upgraded us to a Sky room at no additional charge. The hotel is so beautiful! We had one of our best meals at the restaurant. Highly recommend the barbecue ribs wit mixed nuts on top and the garlic prawns. Excellent buffet breakfast. Loved the female singer and guitar player in the bar. The patio is awesome with the olive trees. Love this hotel!

This is a very elegant hotel, with friendly staff and services readily available. Breakfast options were limitless. It's located in an area not overrun with tourists but within easy reach of some landmarks and very good restaurants

Not as good as their reviews would indicate
Not so good, tried and stayed due to other reviews-was quite a few odd experiences at the hotel that lead me to feel more than coincidental. Haven’t been to Europe or Spain often, but didn’t feel like a 4-star stay. For examples, hotel towels had holes in them and delivered a gift bottle of cava wine for birthday celebration and took unopened bottle from room the day after - who does that? I wanted this to be better than it really was - I would try someplace else over returning to this hotel - disappointing stay 2 rooms for 4 days.
