Stunning hotel, with a beautiful rooftop pool/patio! Room service was very quick, and the location was exceptional to access many attractions with plenty of dining options nearby. Not so good, tried and stayed due to other reviews-was quite a few odd experiences at the hotel that lead me to feel more than coincidental. Haven’t been to Europe or Spain often, but didn’t feel like a 4-star stay. For examples, hotel towels had holes in them and delivered a gift bottle of cava wine for birthday celebration and took unopened bottle from room the day after - who does that? I wanted this to be better than it really was - I would try someplace else over returning to this hotel - disappointing stay 2 rooms for 4 days.

Exactly what I expected from online!
The hotel was brightly lit and exactly what you see online. Our bed was comfy and the room modern. It has a wonderful cafe just steps away for breakfast/coffee. It's also across the street from a fantastic churro place I saw on IG. It's nicely located a brief stroll from Passeig de Gracia. It was quiet and had a nice bar we enjoyed at the end of our night.
