Being able to access the Departures level, within 5-10 minutes, made our travel day so much less stressful. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The room size was good. Breakfast was delicious!

Noisy (they rent the rooms by the hour apparently , so housekeeping servicing the rooms til late into the night. Breakfast was from 4.30am til 10.30 …. At 4.50am it had been obliterated … literally a few croissants left. It’s a perfect location for early flights … but not ideal if you want any sleep or any food.

The staff were very helpful when the room I was assigned for 3 adults had only 1 double bed. The staff quickly found a more suitable room. The breakfast was good with a nice selection of hot and cold foods and beverages plus a coffee machine with pods in the room. The bathroom had not been cleaned with a towel on the floor and in the shower upon arrival. It was a short layover so a place to rest was the goal and it provided that.

Super convenient with a nice breakfast as a bonus

Our one night stay before our flight out of Barcelona was comfortable and quiet (considering it's IN the airport). Would definitely recommend if you have an early flight as you can walk right out of this business hotel and into the international terminal. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise in that it was substantial. Bed was comfortable and the room was adequate for the one night stay.

Convenient and comfortable stay

Very convenient for a short layover before catching an early flight. The room was very compact but neat and had water and a Nespresso type coffee maker in the room. The bed was firm and had good pillows. The shower was good though the toilet did not have any door, so may be awkward if you are sharing a room. Didn’t try the buffet style breakfast as was running a bit late. Finding the hotel can be tricky but had good instructions from the hotel via email - need to head towards the business centre after arrival, and turn to the right after passing the Caixa bank.

Terrible experience overall. There is no dining option, food and beverage or service in general which is unacceptable given you are in an airport with no restaurant option nearby. Rooms are extremely noisy, it’s absolutely not sound proofed with the room next door. It looks like a business center, not at all an airport hotel…

Booked due to having a very early flight. So it is ideal for this situation. The property looks really nice and is very appealing. However, The beds are not comfy. It is very noisy - can hear people in the corridor, hoovering and other maintenance. Our bathroom wasn’t cleaned to a high standard - tooth paste splatters, hair on the floor and shower, debris on the floor near the shower. Our toilet didn’t flush properly and the hot water on the shower ran out during a shower. If it wasn’t for a very early flight on the morning of check out I would’ve complained.

I cannot overstate this: if it weren’t for Sleep & Fly at Barcelona Airport, I’d be writing this review from the outside of my departure gate, watching my plane disappear into the clouds. The rooms are modern, spotless, and surprisingly quiet for being right inside the terminal. The bed was incredibly comfortable — so comfortable, in fact, that I managed to sleep straight through my alarms and woke up ten minutes before my flight was scheduled to leave. In any other hotel, that would’ve been game over. But because I was already inside the airport, I grabbed my bag, sprinted about 100 steps, and somehow made it onboard. Check-in was quick, the staff was warm and helpful, and the convenience is unbeatable. No shuttle, no taxi, no 4 AM wake-up calls — just pure, stress-free travel (even if you accidentally cut it dangerously close). If you have an early flight out of Barcelona, staying here is a no-brainer. It’s the difference between sipping coffee in your airplane seat and crying into a vending machine sandwich in the terminal.

I loved the convenience of this hotel. It was nice to just get resdy and head upstairs to check-in for my flight. Overall, the one night stay was good. We got there very early, around 10:30 AM. So, we just left our luggage seeing as check-in time was 2:00 PM. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful and professional. She helped us figure out the best way to get where we wanted to go. However, when we got back around 5:50 PM, our room was not ready. We were able to wait at the lounge until it was, around 6:10 PM. That was over four hours after check-in time. It was a bit strange that there were no ledges in the shower to put any products (like soap or shower gel). We had to put our stuff on the floor. I've never been in a hotel shower without ledges. I did not stop for breakfast, but my companions did. They said it was ok. I'll give our stay 3.5 to 4 stars mainly due to the room situation.

This took all of the stress out of our trip. The hotel was on premises at the airport, had good wifi and a breakfast included. We were so happy we didn't have to pay for a taxi into the city and could spend our limited time between flights sleeping, having breakfast, and getting ready for our transatlantic flight.

This was so perfect for a long layover. Follow all their directions for how to find the hotel - it’s tricky. But well worth it!
