Great location. We were there just before Christmas and the street in front was decorated for Christmas. The street was full with people enjoying the display till late at night. Felt very safe.

Good location but not 5 stars
The staff was excellent but it is not a 5 star hotel. Our first room was a small Box and extremely hot. friendly staff moved us to a much better room. Modern bathroom was the best feature. Location is excellent. The barman Danny was Excepcional and made our night very pleasant. Make sure you book a nice room otherwise not worth staying there.

This is by no stretch of imagination a 5 stars priority. The location is great and the room is spacious, but everything feel cheap, does not smell good, and the staff though are nice, not very professional. I would give it a 3 stars at best

I don’t know how this place is possibly characterized as a 5 star hotel… it had very little in common with any other five star hotel I’ve ever been to. There was mold on the sink, holes in the sheets, and a tiny space above the minifridge was meant as a closet, with nowhere else in the room to store clothes. There isn’t even a luggage rack in the room. There is no reception or security on the first floor, and they do not help with bags. The heat/AC is centralized so you have no control (no fan either) of the temperature in your room: in December it was unbearably hot in the room at night. If you bring issues to the front desk, be prepared to wait days for a solution if you’re lucky. If this place was a 3/5 star hotel I would understand these things, but marketing this as a five star hotel is laughable.

Three day couples trip to Barcelona
Our three-night stay was very pleasant. The staff, both at reception and in the restaurant, were personable and helpful, which made our stay more enjoyable overall. There were, however, a couple of problems. The air conditioning was set to Winter and could not be changed which resulted in the room being very hot and uncomfortable. We were told to turn the air conditioning off and open the window which did help. The other problem was that the room telephone was not functional. We were told it would be fixed but nothing was done. Fortunately, we did not need to use it and also could have communcated with reception via WhatsApp and the hotel app. These problems did not interfer with our enjoyment of our days in Barcelona and I would recommend this hotel both for the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff and for its position which is quite safe and not too far from the main attractions.

Excellent location, service and room
The hotel has a good location. The customer service was great and able to explain all what we needed. We got a room with terrace and it was excellent. The room was big enough and had two sinks. The restaurant started less than a week ago and has improved exponentially. Everyday better service and more variety. Special thanks to Borja in the restaurant and Genaro in the front.

Definitely Not a 5-Star Hotel
The customer service was great. Everyone was friendly but this is not a 5-star hotel. There's no bellhop or staff to assist you with your bags. It was hard to find the front desk since the actual front desk is empty. No concierge. When we arrived, our room did not look like the photos and it smelled like cigarette smoke. They didn't have room to switch us to another room so we had to put up with the smell for the night then they properly cleaned the room the next day. They offered us a 60 euro refund for receiving a dirty room with dirty towels. Although they tried their best to provide great service, I would not recommend for a 5-star hotel. I would rate this as 3-stars. Breakfast wasn't that great either. Next time we're in Barcelona we'll stay somewhere else that is a true-er 5-star hotel. I will say the location is AMAZING. Right in the middle of shopping and everything.

Great hotel in great location in one of the nicest area in Barcelona, right next to the Casa Batllo. We had a room in first floor facing Paseo de Gracia but with a covered balcony and well made balcony door the room was very quiet. Plenty of good restaurants around and are is walkable to most attractions. We did not use the breakfast buffet, rather enjoyed great pastries across the street for light breakfast. Hotel staff are great and willing to help at all times. Overall, the hotel worth it price you pay considering the area and we’ll stay here again when we come back.

If this is a 5 stars hotel , not sure what is the standard in Barcelona , I paid $400 usd per night , I was expecting a better environment. Comfortable bedrooms. Probably this is an Inn level , not even a hotel . If you guys want a super convenient location for sightseeing and food. Probably it’s an option! But once again, don't expect too much from the Room

Staff were friendly and helpful. The 2 basin facilities in the bathroom was great. Excellent transport facilities . What was not good was the lack of a good professional restaurant in the hotel. We felt it did not credit a 5 star status. Not enough information on the various sites in the beautiful city. Adequate for business but not for tourists who were there to spend money. Too many fast foods not enough gourmet places to eat .

The room was fine. The bathroom was excellent. Orbitz has this as a 5 star luxury hotel. It is not. It's nice and a great location but simple things like having a human at the entrance would be nice. Using your room card to enter the building off a major street, it seems a bit unsecure and is also inconvenient. When you want to ask a simple question and you have to stop at another floor. The rooftop on the 5th floor is nice. The restaurant is lacking. This is a very nice hotel but is far from a 5 star. I would give it a 4.
