The lobby Area is nice and welcoming but the rooms and bathrooms are dated and they also smell like people smoke in there. Definitely not a 4 star hotel

The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The location is remote and there is not many options to purchase goods, including bottled water. The hotel offers bottle water, drinks, and food for purchase, but they are grossly overpriced!! $4.50 euros for a 200ml juice! The food in the restaurant is limited, also overpriced, and wasn’t very tasty. I did not enjoy the breakfast. There was a large selection, and looked very nice, but lacked flavour. Overall, my only complaint is the food offered and the prices of it.

The restaurant was terrible, we waited forever to be served, and then were brought the wrong food. We couldn’t even eat it. The burger looked grey and the ribs (that we didn’t order) were rubbery and had clearly been heated up. Buns were half frozen. We let the front desk know at check out and they gave us an email to contact, but we still had to pay for it. Beds were very hard. Shuttle drivers were rude.

We absolutely LOVED NH Collection! We stayed for 4 nights and the staff made our trip absolutely amazing! Big shout out to the ENTIRE group Front Desk Girls They were fabulous …answering every question and very helpful at all times :) especially Sabrina and Quarlet Javier the concierge and Javier the manager were both exceptional, too! We only spend a night before flying out of Barcelona. Room was spacious and had all we needed for a good night sleep. Convenient (and great) restaurant in premises was a plus. Easy Uber ride to El Corte Ingles (about 20 minutes away by car) Convenience of transportation to the airport was a big plus!

We could not imagine a more beautifully appointed hotel in such a perfect location. Our room was lovely, the balcony afforded us amazing daytime, and evening views, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding. Just an overall excellent experience.

We chose this property for its proximity the airport. The hotel is very nice - the staff was generally very helpful. Our room was on the bottom floor and had everything necessary for a stay for one night. Although we did not have the breakfast, apparently it was fantastic although a bit pricey at 20 Euros pp. The shower was poorly functioning - and it leaked out of the bathtub. Needs repair. Having a shuttle is a no-brainer these days, however we had some challenges being picked up at the airport when we arrived. We went to the designated location, waited, saw the shuttle driver go by but he did not stop. We continued to wait, but still no shuttle. We would have thought it was our mistake/fault but when we checked in there were others who had experienced the same thing. The staff was not helpful in dealing with this. A taxi from the airport to the hotel - which is no more than 5-7 minutes away - cost us 21 Euros!! A flat rate. Ridiculous!! A complimentary coffee or 'something' would have gone a long way to easing the frustration. Nothing was offered. Note: the shuttle to the airport in the morning was punctual and quick. No complaints. Generally it was fine. We might possibly stay there in the future but there is lots of choice.
