We were greeted by Caroline at the front desk. She was very friendly during a busy check in time. She took care of our reservation swiftly. The hotel is in a safe location and the staff is always there to greet you when you reach the front door. Area is a quick walk to the water, and also a fairly quick walk in the opposite direction to the cathedral. Would stay again!!

El lugar esta buenisimo, el staff atiende muy bien y el edificio es hermoso. El problema es que no puedes cobrar 22€ por un desayuno si tu hotel esta al aldo del Raval, tampoco cobrar 3,5€ por lavar un par de medias. Entiendo que es un hotel de cadena, pero tiene precios irrisorios para el lugar donde se encuentra.

The hotel itself and our hotel was perfect. Very modern, clean and with a playful vibe. The hotel itself seemed to be located at the edge of a not so desirable area. We didn’t feel unsafe during the day, but would probably not want to walk around when it’s dark.

Hidden gem in the heart of the city
Amazing hotel! Within walking distance to La Rambla. Metro station Para-lel right next to the hotel. View of the city. Very clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Great amenities, even yoga mat. Free minibar for all stay. Personal attitude. They welcomed us with a card and sweets. Delicious breakfast with very good variety. Gluten free options. Kind and helpful staff. Highly recommend!

It is a very comfortable and modern place, with spacious rooms. Staff is friendly and patient. The area is not exactly the best of Barcelona, as it is more of a working class area, but the hotel is close to the city center and the port within walking distance. A metro station is just outside the hotel, so it is very convenient.

We had a most enjoyable stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was super friendly and helpful with recommendations for restaurants and tours. The breakfast was an absolute delicious and the buffet selection was amazing. We certainly would stay here again should we visit Barcelona in the future.
