Poor quality
When I booked the hotel, I mentioned in my booking notes that I require a quiet room because of previous sleep disturbance. When I arrived at the hotel, the room was on the 1st floor facing the main street with cars passing by and had to request a room change. When they changed the room, the second room was all dusty (I could scoop the dust with my finger on the table and window pane) that I had to grab one of the house keepers to vacuum the floor (it did not solve the problem). They also charge for the room water which is absurd, and they don't allow for the sparkling water bottle I ordered downstairs in the lobby to bring it back up to the room). The App was also not working, and it took them multiple phone calls to deliver a single pillow. Horrible customer service, bad system, also wifi had an issue, the bed was uncomfortable, nothing was quite right. I stayed at Vincci Maritimo before and had a good experience, so I was very surprised how poor this hotel is. Breakfast was also bad. Nothing really good here. I would recommend choosing other hotels if for the same price range.

Located just a short walk away from the beach, this property is very lovely. The facilities are clean, the furniture is really cute, the beds are comfy, the pool and terrace are so nice but the best part was the staff!! We were welcomed with smile and even got phone call once we were in our room to see if everything was great. I would stay here again and again! There was one thing I would change though, the brand of the hair dryers. Not a deal breaker but a little more powerful tool would be amazing!!

The way it looks was really interesting for me . Cool vibe and look . I didn't like that some people don't tray you good and they give us water , juices and beer in the fridge but is not free . They charged us at the check out even the water !!! There was no list of the prices like one of the girls that didn't tray us well said at the check out . They could let you know that even the water you have to pay . That was my only concern.

Very good option in Barcelona
Very good choice in expensive Barcelona. Close to beach; good facilities (my only complaint would be the floor carpets at corridors - they need replacement). Room was very good. Area is not great but walkable (there is an excellent mall nearby).

Great location, a few blocks from the beach and from Diagonal Mar mall. Room and bathroom are clean, modern and comfortable. My only constructive feedback is that they provide more training to the staff; they are uptight, too serious, sometimes do not even look you in the eye while talking to you.

Nice neighborhood. It’s away from heavy tourism but close to the L4 so that you’re just a few stops away to all the excitement. It’s also just a few stops to get to the beach.
