Would Happily Stay Again.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The welcome note for my family and me was a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options, including healthy choices. On our first morning, the staff even gave my little one some painting materials during breakfast, which was a lovely gesture. I did wish the bathroom door had a lock, so that our toddler wouldn’t be able to open it.

The hotel was just okay—nothing special, but not terrible either. The rooms were clean but uninspired, and the overall atmosphere felt a bit lackluster. The biggest issue was the bar, which seemed to flood constantly, making it almost unusable and leaving a damp, musty smell in the air. Unfortunately, the staff didn’t seem particularly concerned about it or much else, often acting indifferent and, at times, even mildly rude when asked for assistance. It wasn’t a terrible stay, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to book here again.

Not perfect but alright

we booked the 'double or twin' room and set preference for double, we were given twin, which weren't ideal if you're travelling as a couple. In hindsight maybe we should've avoided all together so we're not taking the risk of not having a double bed as it isn't guaranteed. The colour of the lights in the room are very warm which aren't to my liking but that's my own preference. We found a bug on the floor on the final night and it wasn't worth getting our room swap as we have an early flight to catch.

I picked Hotel Vincci Bit as it was close to the CCIB for my company’s conference. I felt very safe in this area of town, there’s plenty of dining in the area, even for those who eat earlier than the Spaniards :) - the room was very clean, and the staff super kind and accommodating. Would recommend!
