Very well brand new hotel in the middle of Madrid, room are really nice and the ambiance is amazing. Unfortunately staff must follow up and not always they arrive to match

Awesome stay, great location. Beautiful cozy room and wonderful front staff, I would book again for my next stay in Madrid

The Edition Madrid never disappoints, the staff is incredible and property is clean and true 5 star thanks see you soon!

This is a good hotel, but I've stayed at better properties for what I paid. The room option we chose, deluxe room, turned out to be very small. It reminded me of the rooms you get in NYC. Maybe Madrid is getting to that level. Most of the rooms on our floor were being remodeled, which was not the best experience. Breakfast buffet was the only option up until 10AM, You couldn't just get coffee. The lobby and common areas are nice and well suited for brief meetings or light office work.

Everything was perfect, the 24x7 coffee amenity was really good with Decaf option. Location is walkable to most attractions.

Beautiful hotel but front desk staff significantly let it down.
