Great spot for an overnight stay with friendly staff and delicious breakfast.

This is our second time at this facility. Kapis Mansion is a lovely place. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The swimming pool is very nice. We have not yet eaten at the restaurant so I cannot comment on that. We had some trouble when we checked in. Apparently, my travel company inadvertently canceled one of the reservations for our guests. This was at not the facilities fault and they were able to find another room for us at a reasonable price.

Building looks nice as you enter,lots of forms to sign before you get your pass card.room clean but massive feature wall with shelving from floor to ceiling waste of space.beds very comfortable..TV not working two reception couldn't fix problem. WIFI EXCELLENT..kitchen has a kettle that is it not even a fridge. Good air-conditioning .the shower room is terrible for mould around floor space and walls,shower is good..would not return

The staff and the room are ok. The way to the pool was not really nice. Good is you can park directly in front of the hotel. The breakfast was ok, could be better (american) and have fruits add on. The welcome drink was shameful, a icetee or a coffee stick, at the Voucher was a cocktail.

The staff was very helpful and polite, and the complimentary breakfast each morning in the restaurant was very good. The pool on the roof did not look inviting and looked like it could use some maintenance but we spent most of our time outside the hotel so did not have time for the pool.

The AC was broken out first night. The mirror broke in the restroom. We had to move to another suite and it got better. We had rowdy neighbors so I had to pound on their door to shut them up. The staff is super accommodating. The restaurant in sight is amazing. We ate 3 meals and never had to leave.
