City Garden Hotel Makati
The room I was in was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Staff was kind and very attentive. It is a trek from all the tourist attractions downtown Manilla but very close to malls and walking distance to many restaurants and bars. I would add on the extra for the breakfast buffet; it is worth it.

The Picasso Boutique Serviced Residences
We like this hotel and have stayed several other times before. Last night was unusual because at 3am a woman started screaming for about a half hour. Security came to try and calm her down but it seemed impossible to console her and keep from banging on a door.
