I like this property. I had a problem with the lady renting me the apartment. It was a big property and I tried to get clarification but she was very un accommodating and rude. On day of check out I tried to ask why I was moved last minute as soon as I arrived to the country they changed my reservation and only told me once I arrived to property. The place was very beautiful but I was disappointed with the lady I communicated with. She was unprofessional and did not want to help at all

Everything was excellent, except the beer. It was bitter, hot, very bad.

My daughter and I just stay a week, celebrating her 16th birthday. Our room was nice and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. My complaints: the food was mediocre…and if you were outside spending the day at the pool or beach, the options were extremely limited..burgers, hot dogs, chicken tenders ..that’s literally it..super disappointing. The cocktails were super weak ..which is semi common at all inclusive’s. There was limited entertainment…overall I’d rate the resort a 7/10.

The resort area is very nice, spacious, and well maintained. The kids’ pool is big and very good for 6-year-old children. Our kids enjoyed spending time there, and the overall family atmosphere was pleasant. However, the food quality could be improved. Some meals were good, but overall we expected better consistency and more impressive dishes for a resort of this level. With better food, the experience would be much stronger. Overall, it is a good family-friendly resort with a beautiful and large area, but the dining experience needs improvement.

Over all the resort is great! Specially if you are looking to just relax and do nothing. The only issues I would flag is that there is only one main pool which gets busy. There’s a-lot of swim up suits and private pool suites but it dos not seem that the private pools are cleaned regularly. If you choose the excellence club rooms you get acsess to two smaller pools at the back of the resort which are clean and quiet. The rooms have some age which is expected. The food was great and there was lots of choice and good choice for vegetarians as well. Staff is also great and very helpful, they are always happy to help.

I loved the room I’m going to Majestic Mirage Mijeres next week. Let’s see if it’s the same!
