This hotel is so 1970s that it will not even accept any form of credit card for meals of fees. You need to pay via Paypal or cash, and the nearest atm is 25 min away and only open a few hours a day. unreal

We were actually transferred by the owner to another villa because there was an electrical issue at our original booked villa. That was super nice of him and the place we stayed, Sunset Bay Villa, was really nice. It is pretty much close to everything. The things needed for our stay was provided. I do recommend this place. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Only downside is no laundry service onsite. I will stay here in the future. Great place!!!

We reserved 2 family rooms and they tried to give us a family room and 2 twin beds. The toilets in one of the rooms did not have a working flusher, the family room had steep stairs to the bathroom. One of the rooms reeked of cigarette smoke!! People were milling around in front of there rooms, almost as if the air conditioner was not working. The place was DIRTY and I mean dirty!! The outside was dirty and the rooms were dirty!! The linens did not look like they have been changed! The bathroom tiles were dark where you can see the tiles are suppose to be a lighter color. We did not want to touch anything! Not conducive for elderly or disabled individuals. We booked this because of the proximity to the port. DO NOT BOOK this property. We left and booked another place. They make there refund policy restrictive because they know people will leave once they see the rooms. In this way they try to keep your money without rendering service. They would not even take Expedia’s calls!
