Very tight small rooms but over all clean and organized.

We stayed in an 'annex' across the road from the main hotel. Whilst the entrance to the annex felt very uninviting, the room itself was perfectly acceptable. We had booked for 3 adults - there was a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed, with a kitchenette, air conditioning and a small outside area which suited the one of us who is a smoker! The air conditioning was very welcome because there was a heatwave, nearing 40C. The staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was adequate if not too elaborate. Would recommend and would stay there again. The location was good.

Pros - Fantastic central location and its key selling point. - nice helpful staff - free water bottles daily - good shower - family room has 4 single beds = perfect Considerations - No air-conditioning - be aware as in summer gets warm. - provided with fans however and can open windows - no lift BUT the staff helped carry our luggage up and down

Stayed here for total of 6 nights for a choral festival. Hotel is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The air conditioning was nice since highs outside some of the days were in the 90s. The restaurant on 1st floor offered an excellent buffet breakfast and was well worth the cost. The hotel is close to the Grand Place and the neighborhood is very walkable with many restaurants and shops close by.

Excellent experience in all aspects. Breakfast was good. Although we did. It know we could ask for items not in the buffet.

We really enjoyed our stay at Radisson Collection Hotel! The amenities were great and very modern, will stay there all over again when in the city .

We were informed at check‑in that breakfast was served between 6:00 and 11:00 a.m. At 10:28 a.m., my family rushed downstairs hoping to enjoy a proper breakfast before heading out to catch our train. Unfortunately, we — along with several other guests — were told that nothing was left. This was extremely disappointing. We had planned our morning around having a nice breakfast, and being turned away well before the stated closing time left us unhappy and inconvenienced. For a service that is advertised until 11:00 a.m., guests should reasonably expect food to be available until that time.

Very nice hotel all around. Great AC in the premises and in the room!. Very comfortable beds, and well furnished rooms. Very complete breakfast. Front desk king and helpful.
