Great views of the lake. The property had a very good vantage point. We came in a car but I guess if you came by boat it would be a little difficult. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall we enjoyed our one night stay.

The property is located in the most desirable location where you could just sit outside and enjoy and the lake view from different angles. Breakfast was fresh and customer service was outstanding. The room is very elegant.

A lovely change from other hotels. In what felt like a farmhouse with a spectacular view of the lake, our roo was huge, the bed was comfortable, the service was attentive and the breakfast was delicious. Best coffee found on our two- week Italy stay.

- water was cold in shower - room temperature was cold and they dont allow you to change it. always set to fixed degree - soup and shampoo was not getting refilled after room service. - beautiful view and location - limited reception. Not available 24 hours

This hotel is at a great location, just minutes from the downtown ferry station, and easy to get to all the great restaurants nearby. The room is large and the patio is spacious with awesome view of lake Como and surrounding mountains. The staff is very kind and the breakfast provided is well presented and service is quick and endearing! Definitely would love to come back again!

no shuttle
The property has a great view, which is what I was looking for but it was over my expectation. the only thing is how to get to the hotel, there is no uber, no bus, hotel has no shuttle, it is on a hill, if you drive, no problem, if you are like me, you have to pull your luggage yourself and walked to hotel in a slop, it is so tiring. I wish the hotel has shuttle.

We loved the beautiful views and excellent service at this hotel. Breakfast is included and is a wonderful buffet of freshly baked pastries, bread, fresh fruit, eggs cooked to order, cheeses, yogurt, and granola. Our grandson loved the pancakes! Everyone is welcoming! The wine vending machine is a fun way to try different kinds of wine to enjoy at outdoor tables overlooking the lake. Our room was very spacious and comfortable with a huge balcony that we enjoyed daily. It is a 20 minute or so walk into town and the return is an incline, so it would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues, but we loved it. There are no taxis or Uber services available. We would gladly return to this bit of paradise!!

Exceptional view and room!
Amazing panoramic view from our HUGE balcony and everywhere on the small property. We enjoyed our very spacious, clean and well appointed room, helping our rain day to be more comfortable. We appreciated the wonderful breakfast and service with farm to table eggs (made to order option) and also the convenient wine dispenser by the glass on site. The location was good, being away from the crowds and noise of town, but allowing us to still walk down to restaurants and the ferry…not needing to use our car. A very positive experience overall. The only negative is no food on site, besides breakfast, but our kitchenette certainly helped.

Wonderful B&B with excellent views
Excellent waitstaff. Fantastic views of Lake Como from our room and patio. Very clean rooms and expansive breakfast included. Highly recommend. If you don't have a car, be prepared to walk up hills. B&B is not in town.

The view from the terrace is incredible. The rooms are clean and spacious. The bed is very comfortable. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and welcoming! Beware, it is quite the walk uphill from the main strip!

This is one of the most spectacular places I’ve ever stayed. The room was very large with a beautiful patio overlooking Lake Como. The breakfast was large and amazing serving foods from their own private gardens. Mary and her staff are outstanding and I cannot recommend this hotel enough! Don’t miss a chance to stay here! The area to eat breakfast is also a large porch overlooking the lake. It’s about a 15 minute walk into town. The peacefulness and seclusion of this spot was a nice break from the busyness of Bellagio during the season.

Lovely place with beautiful view overlooking the lake . The room is bright n big with nice view n have outdoor seating area. Breakfast was buffet style with berries from their garden and there is steamer for cooking fresh eggs too. The staff very friendly and nice. Would love to stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The staff were so knowledgeable of the area. The gave us recommendations for eating at local restaurants. Giacomo made a tasty omelets for my husband and I. The food is organic and most vegetables, jams, breads, all made at on sight. The view of Bellagio and surrounding area is stupendous! Mary is a gem! We will be back!
