We traveled to Bellagio early October 2025 for our honeymooon!! This hotel was amazing - it is absolutely the best place to stay in all of Lake Como, and possibly all of Italy. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. They often remembered our drink orders from the previous day and recognized us when we came and went. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms were quiet, clean, and spacious. Breakfast spread in the morning was great - there is something for everyone including gluten free options. We did not eat at either of the restaurants onsite but enjoyed snacks and drinks poolside and from the bar inside. We very much enjoyed our couples massages at the spa and the concierge organized a wonderful private boat tour of the lake. The property is tucked away in a quiet corner of Bellagio with a great view and away from the chaos. Close to the ferry and all the shops/restaurants. The property was very secure as well, non hotel guests were not permitted in. Our only small complaint was that the hotel AC was not on, front desk stated they were in heating mode so the AC in our room did not turn on. We had to sleep with our balcony door cracked which did cause us to hear the church bells early in the morning. Overall would highly recommend and if we return to Bellagio we will definitely stay here again!

The Hotel is a magnificent Villa in the heart of Bellagio. The rooms are elegant, the breakfast is served in a gorgeous room and includes fantastic choices. The pool service, bar and Piano room are all great. The spa has great choices and it is probably one of the most beautiful spas I have seen. The only drawbacks I would call out are the temperature of the outside pool which is very cold and that makes it not inviting for most guests as well as the, potentially inevitable, exposure to noisy guests which are clearly under the influence

Underwhelming experience This is undeniably a beautiful property with decent rooms and a great location. However, for a hotel in this price range, the services felt surprisingly stingy. Basic comforts—such as bottled water, in-room coffee, and even certain facilities—were either limited or charged at an extra cost. Breakfast, while of good quality, was minimal in selection and portion size. At a luxury hotel, one expects a sense of generosity and hospitality; instead, I often felt nickel-and-dimed. For the rates charged, the overall value for money is questionable. A hotel of this caliber should focus less on cutting corners and more on delivering the level of service its guests are paying for.” Do not recommend , overall .

This hotel is the jewel of Bellagio. If you can stay here, you will not be disappointed. The staff is beyond exceptional, always being attentive without hovering. The dining options are delicious, and the ppol and beach area is fantastic. Truly one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at.

What we loved: the exterior grounds and pool. What was not so good: The “lake view balcony” room was a view of a concrete wall of 4 feet… and that door was the only light- no windows in the room. The room service staff told me the phone didn’t work so for ME to contact someone to service it. ?? Both requests at the concierge desk were met with general hesitance (e.g transport somewhere in town). Staff at pool would leave a menu and never return. They huddled at the gazebo together to socialize. Our room would never get comfortably cool. It had lots of space, however, and we slept ok. Bathroom was also nice and plenty of room. Very clean.

This place is AMAZING!!!!!! The hotel has everything you need and want! It's the best location. It has a lakefront pool and private beach (with lounge chairs and service) with the most incredible view ever! The setting is truly a dream! The interior is ornate and luxurious. The staff are 5-star! I love the nightly music in the parlor. The food in the restaurant is fantastic. THIS IS A MUST HOTEL!
