Great location, space and terrace. Beds could be comfier.

Perfect

The location is good as the hotel is close to the metro, tram and conference centre. However, the property is old and tired and the rooms are in desperate need of renovation (apparently some have been done, but not the floor I was staying). The A/C is very weak - so much so the hotel leaves a card key inside the slot in the room to force it to run continuously. If you leave the curtains open the heat from the sun makes it struggle more.

there's carrefour store next to the hotel which was very handy. But the hotel is a bit far from restaurants.

COCKROACHES IN THE BEDROOM. My friend and I stayed here one night and there were multiple cockroaches in the master bedroom that came out at night. We tried to get rid of them but to no avail. They were HUGE and fast. We called the WhatsApp number of the host at 2am and explained the situation as well as sent photos. He said there is nothing we can do except send a colleague to assess the situation and try to get rid of them. Nobody came. We were awake all night because the cockroaches were running around and we had no bed to sleep in. In the morning I asked for a refund or to be moved to a different room free of charge for an additional night because we had not slept and couldn’t travel today, they refused. They would not answer my calls but sent ChatGPT responses via WhatsApp. They insisted they had “reviewed the situation carefully with management” and determined nothing could be done except a sincere apology, and they thanked us for understanding. Their communication was inconsiderate and demeaning. We confirmed the Spanish consumer laws protected us, which they do, and the host still refused any solution. We asked them to confirm that they would not find a solution so we could include it in our official complaint to the Valencia tourist board and now they will not respond. We spoke to another guest and asked if they had noticed any cockroaches and they said yes, they had seen them in the hallways. Sounds like this is typical. If you want a comfortable stay do not book
