The pool was wonderful and heated to the perfect temperature hot tub was also in service and wonderful. Staff went above and beyond, good breakfast. Highly recommendable.

I took my service dog and he adapted well. We enjoyed the pool. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The TV didn't connect very well. on the nights we stayed. suggested to have TV in other room not just master. overall the stay was comfortable and felt like home. Thank you!

Check in was smooth. Pool and hot tub were great! Breakfast had good options. They offered us free sleds to borrow for sledding at White Sands. That was a great bonus!

Best Western Pine Springs Inn
I booked this hotel, upon arrival I was told that the room I requested and paid for wasn’t ready due to low staff. I was then given a smokers room that had a real bad smoke smell in it. I checked out immediately and got another hotel.
