Very nice clean property,stayed on the top floor 7th had a beautiful patio view of lake michigan great view for the sunset,beds were comfortable,nice big shower,lighted bathroom mirror,has a refrigerator only wish it had a microwave in the room,other than not having that it was a great quiet stay plan on doing it again soon

We were able to bring our dogs without any hassle! We were upgraded to a lake view room with ease! They are renovating currently and I am sure when renovations are done this will be the go to spot to stay. It’s walking distance to everything!!

First room we went to had an open wine bottle behind the mini fridge, but the front desk got us into a new room and helped with any questions or anything we needed and the rest of the stay was pretty nice.

The property still shows it's age even after renovations. The breakfast options are very minimal. But for the cost, it is still a bargain. You really can't beat the location and access to shopping snd restaurants. The staff was friendly and accomodating. We will be returning.

Quick overnight.

Simple check in process, everything was very clean and very comfortable. TV channels were fuzzy but no major complaints. Great location, good value and nice view with outdoor balcony.

It was our first time staying here. They gave us a top floor lakeside room and we loved it. The staff were very friendly and professional. The room and common areas were very clean. It was very quiet at night. The beds were comfy. The pool was closed. We were very close to the all of the stores. Had a nice selection of breakfast items for free. A great place to stay.

Hope it get finished

Check in was quick and easy. Room are much better then in years past. They are still under rehab construction and they don’t try to hide it. I would be surprised if they end up finishing it. Doesn’t look like it’s a full time project. More like a DIY when the mood hits to work on it. Our room was much newer than the last time we stayed. We would stay there again for a room rate under $100 a night.
