The only redeeming qualities were the beds and location. The Bar and Restaurant shown on line, have not been open for over 2 years. There was dark body hair on the "White" shower stall. Also something indescribable on toilet seat (seat again "White". When asked to have cleaned, person entered without knocking. They did not speak English, which is fine, and were going to just use a washcloth to clean with, which is not fine. I had to show them cleanser. They then went and got cleaner. Carpets are filthy. However, I was told the hotel had just recently changed owners. They are trying to bring everything up to date and the location is wonderful. Pets allowed, so beware if have allergies. It did not smell of pets though.

We had a nice stay. The only inconvenient is that there is no refrigerator in the room. The pool was under construction, we were not able to use it. Walking distance from restaurants/stores. I definitely recommend staying here.

The property was clean, and the staff was very polite. the Hotel is under renovation and when finished should be very nice. The location is perfect to shopping and restaurants. The breakfast has a few items but will get better when the renovations are completed.

There is a smell in the hallways. Generally this place needs to employ more personel to clean rooms. Phones in rooms are disconnected. If you need to contact front desk this is not possible. TV do not provide an access to local network. Yes, this place is affordable but needs a lot of work in order to bring it to 3 Star standards.

The hotel didn't make it through Covid. It was bought and renovated. Our room was excellent. Very comfortable bed and pillows and the flow of the room was good. The common areas still show wear and tear but it's a process and everything seemed clean. The breakfast is meager, if you are used to a continental breakfast you will be disappointed. For the price and location silver beach hotel cannot be beat. I'm so glad they are open again

Everything is half done. Our room had no remote, handles on furniture fallen off, reused room card folder so many times it had a mountain of white out. Painted halfway, construction all half done with no sign of progress. Staff doesn’t even get off their ass of the back room to come and help you at front desk. Phone didn’t work.
