The couch was stained. There were no curtains just a sheer fabric over the windows and there was a glaring bright light shining into the room. The shower was pathetic. No water pressure.

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Niles by IHG
The room was clean and very comfortable for 5 adults to stay in. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was great! Only downside was that the pool was closed during our stay and Expedia did not notify us of this. Hotel provided us with compensation for the inconvenience.
