Hotel and room appeared gross and dirty. Elevator was broken. Charge for the “fee” was not given back promptly. Pillows were half of a normal sized and uncomfortable. Absolutely hated the stay.

The Staff was helpful and the rooms were clean plus large. The location is walkable to most things to see and do in town.

Four Winds Casino South Bend
The place was nice only issue was after checking in we had a lot of luggage so we asked to use the luggage cart but was told we had to wait for a bellhop that never showed up so we just drug all the luggage up in 2 loads.

The Inn at Saint Mary's
Location is good. Renovations are being done which are okay, but makes the hotel very difficult to navigate for now. Also, we stayed in a renovated room, but I don't feel that the renovations improved it much? Will give it another chance maybe when it is finished.
