המלון נמצא במקום מצוין. גם לא רחוק ממוזיאון קרארה שאין להפסידו. יחד עם זאת דוגמא כיצד לא מנהלים מלון. הכתובת אינה נמצאת בגוגל -מפות. קה למצוא. פגשנו את בעלת המלון במקרה. טיפלה בנו 4-5 דקות וברחה, מבלי להשאיר אינפורמציה חשובה. למחרת בבוקר פגשנו את העובדת אנטוניה, שנתנה ארוחה טובה. בבוקר השני הגיע בחור צעיר עם כלב ענק שהסתובב בגינה-הארוחה על הפנים. כך לא מנהלים מלון

Bergamo...amazing
Difficult to find as in side lane and GPS took us through ZTL zone. Was assured that they will contact dept so no fine. Sabrina so helpful. Easy walk up thru walls into old city, amazing history and buildings. Wonderful breakfast.

Difficult to find and park!
Very difficult to find GPS could not find it since it is an alley per the owner. Very difficult to park. We reserved parking but there was none. Wasted precious time finding the place and then wasted more stressful time trying to park outside the B/B. WiFi was not good couldn't connect many time. Breakfast great.

Lovely 1 night pre-airport stay
We stayed at this B&B for a night before heading back to England in the morning. Its a nice place, very clean and modern looking. Its a nice location just outside the historic upper city - 25 min uphill walk, or you could walk down the hill for 5 mins and get the funicular to the old town. Breakfast in the morning was simple but lovely - couple of cereal choices, pastries, bread and cheese/ham. Would recommend for single night stays.

Location and service was great. Note that the staff is not on site and therefore you need to call to coordinate key pick up etc. The room was very clean. Only negative was that the bed was very hard.

Just outside of entry gate to Città Alta
Very pleasant overnight stay at this property after having stayed at the Botton d'Oro on the via Colleoni 2 weeks prior. Same owner, same warm and friendly welcome. Only 3 rooms at this family home style B & B. It is located just outside the arched gate into the Città Alta and offers free gated parking. Antonia was delightful and prepared a scrumptious breakfast for us. The room itself is adequate but we were aware of an unpleasant sewage smell coming from the shower drain. We reported it so hope that it will be investigated and remedied for future guests. Thank you Sabrina for your warm welcome!

Amazing hospitality and welcoming.
Although slightly tricky to find, this really was a hidden gem. Perfectly located for Citta Alta being around 100 meter walk to the arched entrance. The parking is secure in their driveway, and by far the highlight of the stay was the hosting, extremely friendly and welcoming from the off. If we ever visit again this will definitely be getting booked again and cannot come recommended highly enough.

Such a pretty place
Such a pretty place with French windows opening to the garden from our large room for four. beautiful bathroom and dressing room up a few stairs which gave extra space and privacy. Breakfast was Delicious, healthy and varied. The kitchen section could be used at other times of the day. Very convenient location next to bus-stop on direct line 1 from train station, half way up hill into Bergamo Alto, so both parts of city could be easily accessed. Five minutes walk to the Funicular down a tree-lined road. I want to stay there again as soon as possible. Very friendly reception.

Es muy dificil encontrarlo. La direccion que te dan del alojamiento no coincide con el GPS, con lo cual nos costó mucho encontrarlo. Llamé varias veces y salía apagado. Ellos no se pusieron encontacto con nosotros. No funcionaba wifi. A las 7,30 comienzan a preparar en la zona común los desayunos y con el ruido imposible no despertarse. No me ha gustado nada la experiencia.

Schön, aber leider laut
Die Zimmer war sehr schön und individuell eingerichtet. Positiv war auch der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Großer Nachteil ist allerdings die Straße, die unterhalb des idyllischen Gartens verläuft. Durch das Kopfsteinplaster dort ist der Lärmpegel sehr hoch. Hinzu kommt, dass die Zimmer um den Frühstücksraum liegen, so dass ein Ausschlafen kaum möglich ist, da man die Geräusche von dort mitbekommt.
