Estadia confortável, apartamento limpo com o essencial, ar condiconado, chao em betão, a 15 min do centro a pê pero fo teatro romano, supermercado DIA em frente, estacionamento q.b. Comunicação simpática mas não pelo número indicado. O acesso é preciso procurar pois o prédio fica sobranceiro à avenida e portanto tivemos ee dar umas voltas para o encontrar. Recomendamos utilizr o google maps e chegámos sem maior problema.

La estancia ha sido regular en el sentido de que la habitación no está limpia, habían restos de pipas en el suelo y restos de pan en la silla del escritorio, y el baño las puertas y el radiador lleno de polvo de bastante tiempo. En la nevera habían restos de un papel con embutido de algún huésped anterior... La bañera el telefonillo de la ducha estaba roto y salía agua por todos lados, y los geles que hay en la bañera tampoco funcionaban. Destacar que el personal de recepción muy amable, le comenté lo de la ducha y cuando volví por la noche lo habían arreglado. Para ser un 4 estrellas deberían de tener más cuidado esas cosas que son importantes y cuidar l limpieza y el mantenimiento. El mantenimiento en general regular ya que los muebles de la habitación son de hierro y están todos desgastados cuando se Le puede dar una mano de pintura y no da tan mala sensación. Decir también que se descansa muy bien ya que no hay ruidos y las camas son cómodas.

The hotel is located in the center of the old town of Merida, in the Plaza de España. It is very centrally located. We loved the room and the beds were super comfortable. The air conditioning kept us cool in 103o temperatures. There was a small fridge available and a TV with adjustable language settings. We had great cleaning service everyday. The hotel has a small pool on the third floor. It’s a small lap size pool but enough to keep us cool in the heat. The only big disappointment, for a 5 star-rated hotel, was the lunch/dinner menu. It was the same every day, no variation. We were there 5 days. That was a big shock. We expected more variety. We did eventually find some other places to eat.

We have stayed in this hotel on many occasions over the last few years. Our experience is always ‘top class’. The room we stayed in this time had the bathroom renovated and the outcome was excellent. The staff are extremely helpful and attentive. Parking is plentiful and private to the hotel. We would highly recommend.

Clean room. Nice very helpful staff

This property is very close to the Temple of Diana and a short walk to the other Roman antiquity sites, dining and the Roman bridge. Our room was tired and not as clean as it should be. The lights were unstable and the shower mechanisms are faulty. The biggest negative was the smell. When we arrived the room smelled of bleach but on each return from a day out the room smelled like a sewer. We couldn’t figure out where the smell was coming from and had to leave the windows open to freshen the air. Be prepared for parking anxiety if arriving or leaving at a busy time. There are two small spots located around a tight corner for luggage pickup and drop off on a very busy narrow street. The staff does not help with luggage. Overall a great location but as far as condition and value for money it does not hit the mark.
