Staff were welcoming and our updated Mountain View room was very clean. The property itself is dated but well kept and clean. The elevator seems to stop randomly on the 2nd floor when I only called for 3rd. This happened several times. Otherwise the elevator works perfectly fine. Parking maximum height is limited to 6’ 6” so be mindful of any rooftop boxes/carriers on your vehicle. We were able to park in the sole uncovered spot on the property. They offered us to park next door at their sister property or on the street behind the hotel. Bus stop is 2 min walk away and 12 min walk to major shopping strip. All in all a great experience.

the hulk was staying upstairs which can make it kinda hard to sleep idk…

The home was absolutely stunning, the pictures don't do the home justice. Even more beautiful in person. Every one of our wedding guest we’re in awe of not only the home, but also the views of the mountains. Corinne was also fantastic to deal with.

Lighting in each unit was pretty bad, especially for the older than 50 population. The shower head was awful for just a body shower as a woman and the water pressure was weak.

Property and room were OK. Breakfast at Chez Francois was excellent

View was stunning but there are weeds everywhere in front of the cabin(if you have allergies this will be tough). The fire table should have been included in the price and the cooking items were rough and needed replacement. No toaster or microwave. Coffee machine needed instructions and the floor was lifting in some areas. For the price expected more.

room,bathroom/shower is clean, seems newly renovated. staff were attentive and friendly. price comparable to other hotel in the area for the season. parking is extra and meals not included. hotel is walkable to shopping and restaurants or you can take the shuttle. parking is underground but enough spaces for the guests during our stay. ordered a takeout dinner which is a little bit pricey with small portions. unable to experience breakfast. bar drinks is ok.
