At check in I was asked 4 times if I had a pet, more suspicious with each ask. I do not have a pet. Outside our room a refrigerator truck ran its generator all night long. Ripped upholstery on the chairs, towel rack ripped off the bathroom wall, dirt built up in every corner.

Gross

The Crown Plaza in Frecericton was above and beyond our expectations. Our suite was roomy, and just incredible. We felt so well taken care of!

Emplacement

Bed was comfortable but rooms need to be updated.

Very strange layout, like a maze trying to find our room. Even the room numbering was bizarre. Off the lobby, the first wing of rooms was number 3XX? Our room was on the second floor but when you're already on 3 why do we have to go up a flight of stairs to get to 2? Room was clean and looked to be freshly renovated. Breakfast although included was a nightmare. Small serving area, poorly arranged, forcing people to dart in and out to obtain what they wanted. Plates and cutlery were located in the middle of the tables so you had to push between people trying scrambling back and forth to get what you wanted. Not a great way to start the day. Have an open mind when you stay there, OK but after many days of travel, we found it frustrating and annoying.
