Mi experiencia no fue la mejor. La limpieza del cuarto fue terrible y el baño siempre tenía mal olor. Los aires acondicionados no enfriaban bien, lo que hizo la estadía bastante incómoda. En el buffet, la mayoría del personal atendía con mala actitud y parecía molesto, por lo que el servicio dejó mucho que desear. La comida sí estuvo buena, ese fue uno de los pocos aspectos positivos. En la piscina, cuando se acababan las bebidas, no las reponían y al final tuvimos que pagar un upgrade para obtener una habitación con un aire acondicionado que funcionara mejor. En general, esperaba una experiencia mucho mejor.

The breakfast was good, great variety of dishes, both local and international. However, the cheese variety is almost inexistent.

Es una exelente propiedad ubicada en una de las mejores playas del país. Tiene que mejor en la comida de la cena de todos los restaurantes incluyendo el buffet. Si vas buscando una piscinas con bar dentro de la misma este no es el hotel. Aunque los show nocturno son flojo el personal de entretenimiento se encarga de que la pases bien.

Our stay at TAN Resort was wonderful. The place was clean, room was beautiful and the staff were amazing. The food and drinks were fantastic. I can’t say enough about how accommodating the staff is and how happy they all are to serve. Will be going back again next year but for two weeks instead of one week.

Everything was perfect about this resort except the food. My high school cafeteria had better meals than this resort.

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at Riu Palace Macao in Punta Cana. I booked an Ocean View Junior Suite with Elite Service because I expected a premium vacation experience. Unfortunately, the accommodations and service did not match what was advertised or what I paid for. Upon arrival, I was assigned a Junior Suite with two twin beds instead of the room I reserved. The room also did not provide the clear ocean view that was promised. I paid extra for these upgrades and feel that I did not receive the accommodations I purchased. The television in my room did not work, and I had to contact the front desk twice before someone finally fixed it. Throughout my stay, I found many staff members to be unhelpful and unwilling to resolve concerns promptly. The Elite Service package was especially disappointing and offered little value for the additional cost. My biggest frustration involved the parasailing excursion sold on the resort's beach. We were told photos would cost $60, paid for them, and never received them. When I reported the issue, I was told the hotel was not responsible for vendors operating on its property. That response was unacceptable and left me feeling that guests are not adequately protected. I do appreciate that the resort handled occasional power outages quickly. I also enjoyed the food, nightly entertainment, Wellness Spa, and the Club, which were excellent.
