We stayed for 7 nights and were offered a very small room with no street view or even internal view. The first night the room flooded due to a faulty shower head. When we notified the hotel instead of offering another room, they offered more towels to put on the floor. Bad start. The room has no hair dryer which we had to request and was eventually provided. There were glasses or cups in the except for cardboard cups which were never replaced and we kept using from day 1 at the end of our stay the cups were barely functional. The tv was malfunctioning when we first arrived and stopped working altogether no signal not even domestic channels and we reported it 5 times and nothing ever got done. The location was really good but we felt this is a type of hotel were if things go wrong good luck to you because no one will do anything. Their default setting is to say No.

Outstanding location and views. Rooftop bar is great but the amount of instagram photo takers/posing was crazy. Hotel was gorgeous, staff was exceptional. Price was very high but we were here during La Merce festival so it makes sense. We could hear the concerts from our outdoor patio! Great stay!
