Central, good amenities, helpful staff.

A shame the staff was unable to prepare a breakfast box for the day I checked out because I had to leave earlier to catch a train. Apart from that, very nice hotel.

Clean comfortable room. Great staff who spoke English & in a great location to explore the local area.

Comfy beds and good standard of rooms. Staff friendly and helpful. Decent breakfast! Annoying to have to get your room key card revalidated everyday if your staying more than one night.

Great location and friendly staff. It was probably beautiful and luxurious in the past, it needs some renovation.

Very convenient if coming in using Eurostar. From the train arrival, we were in the hotel within 10 mins. Friendly staff, my room was near corner so larger than average compared to my friends. Very unlikely I’ll be in Lille again but highly recommend anyone who does go to book here.

The reception staffs were always welcoming and kind. Breakfast is also good enough considering the price. It was a good stay.
