Although we only stayed one day, we enjoyed our time there. Our room was very clean and comfortable and the desk staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Not being familiar with Aix-en-Provence, she gave us a map and marked some good places to visit in a day, along with making some restaurant suggestions. The hotel’s location was also great for us as it’s right next to the Old Town and we could easily walk to everywhere we wanted to visit. Finally, the buffet breakfast was delicious, with a large variety of hot and cold options, a great way to start the day. We would definitely consider staying here again if we visited Aix-en-Provence in the future.

Beautiful old hotel with an amazing history of guest including Napoleon. Maintained to a high standard. Nice breakfast and even better evening meal in the main restaurant. You need to book dinner as they do not have many tables. The staff were amazingly helpful and polite. A great stay and perfect location for site seeing the Avignon.

The biggest asset of this property is its prime location with a view over Harbor jutting out into the sea, yet walkable from View Port. The other great asset are the people working there - exceptionally nice, helpful and flexible. The building needs a refresh, it seems to be a 70 ies design, nice and gracious, but finishes, furniture and lighting - are all due to be replaced. The rooms are in good condition, as well as the bathrooms. We felt taken care of at this property, when we needed help, patience and assistance, we got it immediately. Thank you!

Beautiful view! Bedding was lovely and overall the room was great. The location has a bit of noise pollution from the traffic and beachgoers but the view and sunsets made up for it.

We spent 3 nights at this hotel. Communication with the hotel prior to our arrival was easy with prompt responses. Front desk staff were always available, knowledgeable and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. The mattress on our bed was a little soft, so our room cleaner got an extra layer to put on the mattress which helped. We had 2 breakfasts at the hotel - there were 2 options: full buffet breakfast for one price or limited breakfast with charges of 3 Euros per item. We did not take advantage of the Spa services; as Canadian travellers, we spent our time exploring Aix-en-Provence. Highly recommended.
