Bedrooms very dated. A bit like Faulty Towers.

Breakfast needs to be improved..

The room was wonderful and the hotel staff was SUPER-HELPFUL in assisting us in finding great restaurants and in finding where we needed to go to take our tours. They were very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay very much! From the beautiful hotel, to the very friendly and helpful staff and of course being right in front of the cathedral really topped it off! The room had everything you needed and was very spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend!

We had ants in our room but they quickly switch our room.

We had a wonderful time. Antonia was so kind and helpful. It is in a perfect location. We would definitely stay there again.

The room was modern and design, very practical with plenty of space. although a bit tricky to configure, the Air conditioned worked very smoothly. Breakfast was incredible with a large variety of fresh food. The swimming pool was also a nice addition after a hot day, very clean and agreable. this is real 4 stars hotel, very good value.

Unfortunately there was a power cut when we arrived that continued throughout the night, the staff were not particularly helpful during this time and just seemed to be clueless as what to do with guests. Power was eventually restored at 1am breakfast was good (the staff at breakfast were great) but no hot water in the morning, pool closed during the time it should have been open. It was overall a disappointing experience.
