Property is nice. Found beds very uncomfortable

Property is in good central location.

A place to lay your head and that’s it ! Still even then we didn’t sleep the best , the mattress cover is plastic which makes you sweat . And no shower head so your straight up getting blasted with the water comimg out of the pipe. Train was a super cool feature , the noise of it didn’t bother me with it being so close. The gentleman was super nice by my lord dude Clean up the check in space YIKES ! Let’s just say I’m glad I checked in and not my partner or he would have been like NOPE ! To be fair thoe the room was really clean.

No internet and tv, parking ok

Staff was not responsive to messages sent via Expedia. I sent two messages 2 days before our stay about requiring an accessible room for elderly parents…no response. Sent another message 1 day before our stay to follow up. No response. When I arrived at 3:00pm, I felt chastised when reception told me check-in is at 4pm. I offered to come back because the employee seemed annoyed but the room was ready anyways. Customer service was lacking with this one employee. The other employees were pleasant.

the location is just fab,the frontdesk agent was a vrey helpful man . the ac was really noisy, the room need a good maintainance

The Kow Inn was a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay before catching the North Sydney ferry. It was nice to have the restaurant open all day so that we didn't have to drive anywhere.
