I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing, especially considering the amount of money I paid. The only impressive part of the hotel is the lobby, which looks stylish and well-presented. However, once you get past the lobby, the experience is completely different. The rooms are extremely old, poorly maintained, and far from clean. The overall condition of the room was simply unacceptable for a hotel charging this kind of price. The cleanliness was particularly disappointing, and the room did not feel comfortable or inviting at all. It honestly felt like the hotel was relying on its attractive lobby to create a good first impression while the actual rooms were neglected. For the price I paid, I expected a much higher standard. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy my stay whatsoever, and in my opinion, this hotel was absolutely not worth the money. I would not stay here again, and I would strongly advise others to consider their options before booking.

Food was great, stuff was excellent.. It was clean and well maintained.. I could find nothing to criticize about this place ..

The property is outdated and requires refurbishment. Room provided at first had drainage issue with outside light not working. That makes it hazards in dark corner of the property. Second room was good enough but again stairs to room were sloppy making it hazards. We were offered upgrade to room where air conditioning wasn't working properly and noone attended to complaint. The staff are pretty much aware of issues with property especially rooms but not bothered about it especially for customers from Europe as only client base is Russia. All mattresses are of spring and sagging, that makes it uncomfortable. Outdoor pool, beach side area were nice while spa area with hamman is acceptable. Food was good but most sweets were repeated on weekdays and hardly any change. Good thing was that there was 24/7 restaurant. Not going to recommend based on poor quality of rooms.

Awesome experience. Relaxing and friendly staff. Clean water pools and slides. Ample amenities for kids and grown ups. Highly recommended.

Positives: fantastic variety and quality of food. You won’t go hungry at all. Beach area is very nice. Hammam and massage were excellent. Negatives: Service from staff is extremely variable. Language barrier doesn’t help (most don’t speak English ). Facilities very tired and not updated - tennis/table tennis rackets and balls unusable. Gym very dated with old/broken machines . Indoor pool very cold in April (though advertised as heated). Door to sauna broken. Cheap coffee and alcohol. Needed a wheelchair for my mum - caused a huge amount of confusion amongst staff. Overall more like a 3/4 star hotel with 3 star service.Certainly not 5 star. Would’ve been extremely disappointed if I’d paid full price ( got a special last minute deal). Reminded us of a sunny version of Fawlty Towers. Won’t be returning.

It was the best stay , the beach in front of the hotel, everything was included, food, drinks , towels, shows almost every night, staff very nice and kind, the only think I should comment is that they don't have enough chairs on the beach and you have to be there early in the morning to rezerve a place but besides that everything is perfect.

The resort was out of this World and Heaven on Earth, never seen anything like it and I miss it and cannot wait to go back. Thank you for this amazing experience.
