The hot tub was under repair. That was the only disappointment. Other than that the staff was very friendly and lovely. I will stay there again in my travels.

Space was not clean, large spiders roaming the room, remaining piece of cleaning bucket was left in the room, hair was in drain of shower, toilet not fully attached to the floor, telephone to front desk not in working condition, staff not available when called, no ice machine-instead we needed to ask staff to get some out of freezer out of view. Breakfast was good/basic but nothing phenomenal. Outside the building was garbage dumpsters, pallets of appliances etc. We had a bed to stay in while we were out of town but the expense was not aligned with what we received.

Was not as expected since we previously stayed at an AmericInn, we had a certain expectation and was disappointed. The bathroom faucet was heavily caulked to keep it in place but when turning the faucet off/on it almost fell out. Ice machine was broke. Had to get ice at the front desk and was told not sure how much she could give us. Breakfast was sparse.

The picture on the website is deceiving. Looked nothing like it from outside. Bushes unkempt. Hot tub had dirt in it and jets didn’t work. Pool not clean. Toilet lid in room had a big chip out of it. Breakfast weak

Was very disappointed with our stay. Have usually had very nice places. But ……. This was very opposite. The shower never warmed up, so took a very short cold shower. The air conditioner made very loud noise all night. Then headed down for early breakfast. Coffee was gone. Mentioned it to the gal, she took the air pot and come back 20 minutes later.

Hotel stay was ok - everything was clean and staff was friendly. Outside could use landscaping work, almost looked closed from the overgrown trees. Room felt damp/wet the whole time. Breakfast selection was minimal. Hot tub jets were not working.
