Great stay for a work show up here. The property staff were friendly and accommodating. I received multiple clear communications about check-in and check-out that made our experience very smooth. Facilities are clean and well kept. No major concerns or issues. I'd stay here again.

We did not have an arm chair in our room, only a desk chair. It seemed odd. Very clean Hole in bathroom door Handle in shower was barely able to turn off water. Glad that curtains did not cover the heating/cooling unit.

The room was clean and the staff was great but I got a rash from the hot tub and the bed was squeeky and not very comfortable. The pillowsc are very small too. If you are looking for a long term stay I would make find somewhere else but for a quick one night it was fine.

Cragun's Resort & Hotel
The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Rooms are very dated. The fireplace in the room didn’t work and the phone in the room didn’t work when I tried to call the desk for assistance. The front desk staff wasn’t very helpful. View of the lake was the best thing about the property.
