Hade inga förväntningar på förhand och upplevde följande: Mycket enkel rumsstandard Häftig interiör miljö i restaurangen Stressig miljö för personalen i en fullsatt restaurang. Tyvärr höll inte restaurangen någon hög kvalité på det vi serverades. Vi beställde råbiff till förrätt som var en katastrof, garanterat var den tillagad långt innan och kom direkt från kylskåpet i en liten rund skål. Den var kall och var smaklös. Till huvudrätt : oxfilé på planka; bra stekt oxfilé enligt våra önskemål och i övrigt okey. Till dessert: creme caramell som också kändes gjord i förväg. Man förväntar sig att få det brända sockret nygjort om det ska vara riktigt bra. Ingen i personalen presenterade maten när den serverades vilket vi saknade. Förstår att de som är öl och whiskey fantaster finner sitt eldorado här men man behöver lyfta köket och även graden av service vilket troligen mest beror på att utöka personalstyrkan. Frukosten saknade inget, var komplett med allt man kan önska. Att rummens standard är enkel kan man leva med under ett dygn.
