Good parking and attentive young man on reception. Hotel has had done refurbishment but room had a strange smell, kitchen unit had a door missing and toilet seat wasn’t very nice. The Indian restaurant was ok thought I’ve eaten much better Indian food elsewhere. Breakfast was awful with limited choice and rubber like sausages and egg. Would not stay here again.

The Regal hotel was very welcoming late into the night. The pool was brilliant, with nice views of Brescia and the rooms were big for our family. The metro station is about a 10 minute walk, and there is not much in the local area.

The cleaning products used here have an extremely strong smell and the rooms would be unsafe for anyone with scent or chemical sensitivities. The staff did their best to help by switching us into a room that hadn’t been cleaned that day, but even there, with the balcony door wide open and keeping a mask on, the smell was still enough to cause dizziness after a couple hours. The rooftop pool is great and the staff were lovely, but ultimately after a few hours we had to find another hotel to stay at.

Nice hotel, great location
Bilingual staff. Neat hotel but the building is a little older. However, excellent location adjacent to Brescia university and hospital. Ten minute walk from the entertainment hub with restaurants, bars, gelato and more. Very helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Good food nice hotel
Great location, booked 2 rooms but only 1 had a balcony. Air conditioning wasn’t too great especially as it was 37 degrees outside. Room was comfortable. Reception was ok but had great service in the breakfast room, very pleasant waitress! All in all a good stay would go back to explore the area a bit more. Swimming pool was nice had the pool to ourselves at stages. Nice restaurant where the couple who run never seem to stop working.

2 star at the most. nothing regal about this place
absolutely awful. we were in Brescia for mille miglia and it was the only place we could find. the hotel was more like a motel. next to a roundabout. the room was very tired and in need of decoration and smelled so badly of old cigarette smoke that i couldn't sleep. i told the receptionist and he said he'd ask the cleaners to clean thoroughly. the pool was nothing like the photo. i couldn't face trying it. good points. close to the metro and the indian food in tve resto downstairs was good.

good clean hotel
nice clean hotel in a quite district to stay. free wifi and good breakfast. i only faced two problems (1) wifi connectivity in the room was very weak. they just have one router on each floor so not all rooms have equal reception. (2) there were a lot of flies in the breakfast room. i really dont know why and how they got there but seems to be a common problem as no one was really bothered about it.

Disappointing stay.
Unfortunately the Regal Hotel failed to meet expectations; furnishings in the room were tired, the walls in need of attention, and the cleanliness (particularly the floor) below normal standards. We opted to pay the extra charge for breakfast but again were not impressed; the only edible fresh fruit consisted of kiwis, crockery was dirty, and the cooked option looked less than appetising. I am unable to recommend the Regal Hotel.
