The place was comfortable and clean. The staff was excellent, especially Aksha at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and efficient in handling our requests. The breakfast was also good and plentiful. One thing worth mentioning is that the laundry room, particularly the washing machine area, could use better lighting and some improvements.

This hotel is in a great location, really central to the main attractions of the city. The staff are extremely helpful and efficient. The room was comfortable with a good range of toiletries and a fridge. The bathroom was small but perfectly adequate.

Great value hotel and the Hidden Gem sports bar is excellent!

Room was hot, turned on a/c at night which then blew out electric. Worrisome. Wasn’t able to sleep. Left the next morning in the middle of a two night reservation in an area we would have liked to stay longer.
