Amazing location. Close to everything. Full amenities, multiple roof top terraces, bars, live music everyday, great pool and gym. Staff are super helpful and welll trained. Beautifully designed interior with many quiet spaces to hang out and lounge around. The incredible music staff arranged a private vinyl player and vinyl records from their quite large selection of vinyls brought to the room, 10/10!!!! Well worth it to stay a few nights to give you the ability to easily and hassle free access the full Madrid experience.

Good hotel, central area. Clean room and bathroom.

Hotel check in was great. It went very smoothly and our room was ready at 11:30am which we appreciated after a long overnight flight. The breakfast buffet was amazing. One of the best ones we have experienced in a long time.

We were given an accessible room hough i hadnt booked ine. The bathroom was a wet room with a seat in the shower so the floor was soaked. Also nowhere to hang towels. Literally not even a peg! The pool is not a swimming pool, it's about 3 meters by 4 meters.
