No elevator. Room was gross. Vent coming off ceiling in bathroom. Sink not clean. Only positive was bed was comfortable

I was in Kelowna for a 4-day trip, and I never met such kind staff before. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and they were very kind to assist us with any issues or problems. I would 10/10 recommend this hotel and want to give a shoutout to all the staff!

We thought Tim, the owner was great! All contact with staff was efficient and helpful. There is a large community space that we enjoyed. The breakfast was not what we loved. The private space was large and the separate tub and shower with double sinks was great. The room was bright. It is a bit of a work in progress but in the end it worked very well.

Didn’t get our room cleaned, when asked for toilet paper we were asked to come down and get it. For 700 dollars I would expect alot more. Staff was rude

Everyone was very friendly that I communicated with, the unit itself was beautiful and all the rooms were perfect for our trip. I would highly recommend this rental and cannot wait to return.

This hotel shows an outdoor pool. The only reason we booked there. When we arrived, there is no outdoor pool as it has been removed Rooms were old, but clean
