Beautiful property! Hotel offered 2 free drinks to have in their piano lounge. Close to all sights and restaurants. Sauna was a wonderful touch at the end of a long day of sightseeing.

This is a fabulous hotel. The majestic foyer with live music is a beautiful welcome to the property. Lounge service was excellent. Breakfast was wonderful with great coffee and all the food options you could ask for. Our room on the top floor offered skylights on the ceiling. This was not ideal, I prefer a window to be able to see something, even if it is just a neighbouring building, but it was fine. The washroom was good if you are short, but showering is difficult if you are over 6’. The shower head is much too low and your experience will not be good. I am short and it was great for me, but not for my husband. Just be aware of this. The spa amenities are great. Be sure to use the saunas! The location is great and easily walkable and close to transit. All staff members we met were fantastic. This hotel was a great experience.

Highly recommended

The hotel is beautiful, the check in and check out was seamless. The front desk staff are welcoming. The hospitality exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious and comfortable. The Dani restaurant was excellent and the service was AMAZING! The breakfast was awesome. It’s Central to major sites and within walking distance to Central Station. We enjoyed our stay.

The Grand palace hotel is beautiful. Our room was beautiful & the bed extremely comfortable. It is very convenient to the vegetable market. Also regular trams outside to the main railway station. No complaints about this stunning hotel

Overall great experience, afternoon and evening staff for check in and lounge were terrific. Room was lovely, and comfortable.We tried to grab a coffee in the morning (didn’t want the full breakfast) and the staff ignored us so we left. That was the only negative.
