Really bad service

I couldn't get my money back when I booked online and the room wasn't available. The staff told me it was my fault. If they have a room to book how can it be my fault. Really bad service.

Var rent och snyggt och en mycket fin frukost. Personalen var hjälpsamma och trevlig Perfekt boende om man ska besöka Sölvesborgs fotbollscup nära med bil bara ca 10 min.

Överlag ett bra boende för rullstolsburna, förutom att det var en kant vid dörren & dörren var tung så man behöver ha en person med sig, annars kommer man inte in. Rummet var väldigt varmt så även jag reagerade på det. Gick inte att sänka värmen eller vädra.

Super fint værelse. Overdækket parkering lige foran. TV med mulighed for at caste. Rent og pænt. Gode senge. Morgenmaden var ikke noget at råbe hurra for, men der var lidt af hvert og til prisen er det super fint
