Simple, clean and well located !

The hotel was beautiful and staff were amazing and helpful. They made me a lunch bag for one of my tours; that was a huge plus for me. Hotel is walking distance to plaza de armas and restaurants. I really recommend it.

This was a great hotel. Near the plaza but without all crowds. Breakfast was ready each morning at 6sm with many options. The front desk staff was always helpful and courteous

I enjoyed my stay at Casa Andina Premium very much. I arrived a little early, but they let me check in anyway, which was very appreciated after a long flight. The front desk staff were helpful and kind. My room was clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Juan was exceptionally helpful, showing me on the hotel map how to get to various points of interest and making excellent recommendations for restaurants. He made sure that any of my questions or concerns were addressed promptly. The breakfast buffet was very nice, and the courtyard of the hotel was beautiful. I really was a wonderful stay.

We loved our stay at Palacio Guaqui, definitely a gem in Arequipa, it felt like you were in a sanctuary, very peaceful . The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We had an amazing experience!
