Close to Calle crisologo but the property was not in great shape

Good. I got no complain.

Very helpful staff, gave us sound information on both the sightseeing and transportation. Location was very quiet, walking distance to historic Vigan. We had a problem with the booking on the breakfast which was included in our Hotels.com booking which was quickly resolved at the front desk and I did not have to go through the torture of trying to remotely communicate with Hotels.com. Cannot say enough good things about the staff, we stayed three nights and all were pleasant, helpful and friendly.

The staff at Hotel Mercante provided excellent customer service, especially the front desk team. Their warmth and hospitality made our stay truly memorable. Kudos to everyone! ❤️ We had a wonderful stay in beautiful Vigan, a place rich in history and charm. Thank you for making our visit extra special!
