Staff are friendly , but the room does not have WINDOW or exhaust. Also doesn't have a table. You should provide a basic table and chair on the room.

Our room was very nice and comfortable and the air conditioning worked well which was a welcome relief from the heat outside! The pool was great and also the breakfast in the morning was really good too

The room is not soundproof but not too bad. I guess I’m just use to a hotel where it’s soundproof. The shower is not that great, I mean the water pressure. There’s water leaks on the side. I guess the infrastructure in this city are not that great cause it’s the same with the other hotel I’d stayed in. The bathrooms are small. The room doesn’t have a hairdryer. You have to request. If someone is using it, you have to wait until they return the hairdryer. The breakfast is from another party. They’ll give it to you like in a to go box. If those things doesn’t bother you, this hotel is very convenient because it’s connected to the mall. The price is also reasonable. You can’t go wrong.

I had a wonderful stay at Retreat Siargao Resort Corp. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring the island. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile, which made the experience even more enjoyable. One of my favorite features was the private balcony, where I could unwind while taking in the beautiful beach and pool view. Waking up to the sound of the waves and the stunning scenery was truly unforgettable. Overall, this resort offers a peaceful atmosphere, excellent hospitality, and breathtaking views. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Siargao.
