Staff aren't flexible or helpful

48 King West Boutique Hotel quietly stole the last evening of our fall road trip. Tucked into the heart of Brockville — right on the St. Lawrence River, at the gateway to the Thousand Islands — this little boutique gem was the perfect place to land after a week of chasing autumn colors through Vermont. Warm, beautifully kept, and full of character. Some hotels you forget by checkout; this isn't one of them. ✨ If your road ever takes you through Brockville, don't just drive past — stay.

A lovely hotel in a great location We had a very nice stay! The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and welcoming, and the location is excellent. The lobby is particularly lovely, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel as though you’re relaxing in your own living room. The only downside was the size of the room, especially the bathroom, which was quite small. Overall, a very pleasant hotel that we would recommend!
