Our stay was disappointing. The room, especially the bathroom, was dirty. The beddings and pillowcases were also dirty, and we had to ask for them to be changed. The TV wasn't working, and the Wi-Fi and TV signal were very slow and unreliable. We also felt uncomfortable with the staff, as they were not welcoming and often just stared at us instead of making us feel at ease. We hope the management improves both the facilities and their service.

Heavenly

Convenient to everything.

I never regret staying here. Everyone are so nice thoughtful will greet you with a smile as they open the door for you till you get your room. I had such a good time staying here so yes yes yes i recommend this place 10 out of 10!

First time guest. What a hidden gem! The penthouse suite has a very nice lay-out and amazing view of Mayon Volcano. Would definitely return back and recommend to friends. Don’t mind the stairs but if you have limited mobility, the penthouse would be ideal for you. Tip: bring your HDMI cable to interface your laptops to the television. Forgot to bring mine!
