Perfect in every way.

This was an amazing place to stay for our family of 4 - 2 college age children. Great location. Such a welcoming place- they allowed us to change and relax in the attached hotel 62 lounge- even encouraged us to take ice cream. You will not regret this choice!

Lovely hotel, great location, and fantastic staff! Valentina and Alex were so helpful at the front desk. The lounge staff were so friendly and wonderful. The breakfast offerings were tasty and varied. We really enjoyed our stay, and would easily book another stay here.

The room was very spacious and clean. I have no complaints at all. I’ll stay here again. The location was great and convenient as the metro station was only about five minutes walk away. I have no complaints at all. I’ll absolutely stay here again.

Lovely property and very conveniently located, central and walkable to many of the tourist highlights. Only reason for slightly lower ratings were that the room keys didn't work multiple times which was a hassle, coupled with elevator issues that several times only had one elevator working and meant multiple climbs up and down stairs. Fine for us, but an issue for many and not great when had luggage. Not the staffs fault but just a hassle. Room and hotel itself was very nice.

This was a fantastic hotel with an extremely helpful staff. The location is ideal for tourists -- near the cathedral, easy walking distance to all the Gothic Quarter and El Born activities. We stayed in a junior suite and it was excellent -- nice amount of space and a gorgeous view of the beautiful architecture in the area. The rooftop pool area and bar was excellent; we spent a couple of sunsets up there, which was nice because as hotel guests, we had priority over the visitors who lined up outside to get up there. The staff provided outstanding customer service throughout, including excellent housekeeping. The breakfast was top notch, as well. Overall, it was a great stay and we'd definitely want to return when back in Barcelona.
